Chopra Meditation, also known as Primordial Sound Meditation is an effortless, yet powerful technique rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. This is a type of meditation that has been tried and tested for over 3000 years! This practice was revitalized by the co-founders of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, Dr. Deepak Chopra, a pioneer of holistic health, and the late Dr. David Simon.
Primordial Sound Meditation is a technique that uses a personalized mantra. Your personal sound––or mantra––is calculated using Vedic mathematics based on the time and place of your birth. By incorporating this sound into your meditation your awareness will slip into the space between your thoughts, giving you a really deep rest necessary to release stress and fatigue.
