Meditation & Rest
Practices to slow down, listen deeply, and simply be.

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, I offer something different.
A space to slow down. To pause.
Through two gentle practices, Primordial Sound Meditation and I AM Yoga Nidra, I offer practices that help you stop doing and start being.
Meditation reconnects you with the silence beyond your thoughts.
Rest allows you to settle into that silence, effortlessly, because we can’t always think our way through life. Sometimes we need to stop, and just be.
These practices have shaped my life — not by asking me to perform, or achieve anything, but by inviting me into quiet presence.
I share them now with the hope that they will support you, wherever you are, in your own return to stillness.

Primordial Sound Meditation
A silent, mantra-based meditation rooted in the Vedic tradition.
Each person receives a personalized sound, a vibration calculated from your time and place of birth, which becomes a quiet anchor to return to again and again.
This practice isn’t about controlling the mind. It’s about going beyond it — into a natural state of stillness, where effort fades and presence remains.
It’s especially supportive for those who feel overwhelmed by thought, or who’ve tried to meditate but never felt they were doing it “right.”

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, where the body rests deeply while the mind gently lets go.
You’re guided through breath, body awareness, and intention — allowing layers of tension, effort, and identification to dissolve.
It’s not just a practice of rest. It’s also a gentle, yet powerful process for releasing patterns of thought or behavior that may no longer serve you, and for reconnecting with the quiet intelligence of the heart.
Especially supportive when you feel depleted, disconnected, or tired of holding it all together.

Meditation & Rest Package
For those who want to explore both practices in a personal way, I offer a one-on-one Meditation & Rest Package.
We meet in a gentle, grounded way — combining the deep rest of Yoga Nidra with the stillness of Primordial Sound Meditation. Together, we explore what’s most supportive for you right now.
There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right.” Just space to pause, soften, and reconnect.
